Life Skills Coaching

At the Stephen Braggs Youth Foundation, we believe independence begins with more than opportunities — it starts with mindset. Our Life Skills Coaching program equips foster youth and young adults (ages 16–23) with the confidence, tools, and perspective they need to step into adulthood with strength and purpose.

What We Offer

  • Life Skills Training – Practical tools for decision-making, confidence, and problem-solving.

  • Mindset Reset – Helping youth shift from survival to growth thinking.

  • Goal Setting & Accountability – Support in building habits for long-term success.

Why It Matters

Many foster youth age out of care carrying trauma, self-doubt, or a limited vision of what’s possible. Life Skills Coaching reframes how youth see themselves, replacing “I can’t” with “I can,” so they are ready to thrive in housing, career, and personal growth.
