Building Pathways to Independence is our tiered model designed to support youth as they grow, develop life skills, and transition into independent adulthood. Each tier builds on the next, meeting youth where they are and guiding them forward with intention.
Services We Provide
Tier 1:
Compass Project
Foundation & Direction
Introduces youth to new experiences, builds trust, and helps them identify goals for their future, while connecting them to support that strengthens stability.
Tier 2:
Smart Money Skills
Financial Literacy
Teaches budgeting, saving, and real-world money management skills to build confidence and responsibility, including managing rent, bills, and daily living expenses.
Tier 3:
NextStep AI Academy
Career & Technology Exposure
Provides hands-on learning in technology and career pathways, preparing youth for today’s workforce and long-term income stability.
